| The indicated prices include all costs of the accommodation (that is the Tourist Tax, VAT, wages of Service Provider, etc.) per night and per room.
Therefore the price includes the price of accommodation and breakfast, the costs of mini-bar or other services shall by paid on the site by the delegate.
Grand Tours Travel Agency (Service Provider) shall acknowledge the receipt of order towards the delegates without delay but not later than within one working day following the request (in writing in English, German or Hungarian languages).
The acknowledgement can be considered as the reservation of the accommodation, that is the given accommodation will be put in “booked status” first when the delegate has paid the complete costs of accommodation in accordance with the provisions below, and the paid sum arrived at the Grand Tours Travel Agency.

In the case of payment with Credit card: the transaction fee is charged from the delegate!
In case of the cancellation is done 46 days before the date of arrival 15% of the transfered amont will be charged as transaction fee.
In the period of 46 – 15 days 80% of the total costs will be charged as penalty.
From 15th days before the arrival to the date of arrival 100% of the transfered costs of accommodation will be charged as penalty. |
